  • How is the coaching customized to my needs?

    Every session is tailored to your unique needs. Before we begin, we’ll assess your current strengths and challenges and set objectives together based on your goals. The coaching content is flexible and can be adjusted throughout the program to ensure we focus on what matters most to you.

  • What is the timeline for each coaching package?

    Before we start, we’ll agree on the start and end dates of the coaching program together. The timeline is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate public holidays and planned time off.

  • Where and when do coaching sessions take place?

    Each 1-hour session takes place online via Zoom. I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones and busy professionals.

  • What if I’m running late to a session?

    If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. If no contact is made within 15 minutes of the session start time, the session will be forfeited without refunds or credits. I appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduled time.

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    I understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing [email protected]. For Monday sessions, notice must be given by 5 pm on the Friday before. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refunds or credits. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the coaching process!
